Voyage au coeur du monde, a movie by Jean-François Castell.

Peru, 4 000 meters, night is falling, we do not have anything to eat and it is cold. Here comes a small car out of the blue… Jean-François catches up with our route one day earlier than expected and with a piece of cheese!

Colombia. Pancho (Jean-François' Peruvian nickname) digs into Olivia's story with his video camcorder.

Australia. We get up together, film in the morning and then wait till dusk and its beautiful twilight. Meanwhile, we read, we have short naps or go for a walk. Jean-François lives at the pace of a bike traveller… slowly.

Laos. Pictures crop among the Hmongs.

On the last kilometer, the expectations and desires which the travel has given birth to are more intense than ever. The exhilaration of the moment and the will not to stop bubble in the head. But a trip around the world never ends, it exists in itself.

The making of: how to sum up two years of travel in 52 minutes? Impossible a task? No matter how many wonders we have seen, no matter how many storms or giggles are not filmed. Jean-François choses to lay the focus on Olivia. Country after country, his movie tells her life, her dream.
